You will not find a better service department for your vehicle than this place! Brett and the staff were so polite and professional. They offered to take me to work and pick me up if needed, and went above and beyond on my oil change that was already free (I purchased my gmc in Milton a couple months ago but used the comp oil change here) point is, they could’ve just done the basic oil change and sent me on my way like I’m used to at most dealerships but they didn’t. I live out of town, but work in Fort Walton Beach and will definitely be getting any repairs or service done to my GMC at Sam Taylor.

We recently had our STS Cadillac serviced at the Sam Taylor dealership service center and they did an outstanding job. I'm sure all the employees are great, however ask for Steve who is super pleasant. He was the one who thoroughly explained the various options, was very knowledgeable and provided us with an estimate which was a bit greater than it turned out to cost, so a very pleasant surprise when the bill was presented! Well done! We highly recommend using Sam Taylor’s service center for both your service and your repair needs.
We purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 from Tyler Brush at Sam Taylor and couldn't be more happy in the overall experience. A few days in, i noticed a small clear coat blemish on the passenger door and Tyler was quickly on top of getting it addressed for free. Its nice to see good communication and customer service these day!
