Josh Banning listened to my list of wants and no-wants. He had sold me a 2010 Genesis previously so had a general understanding of my preferences in autos. He searched the inventory list. He excused himself to go to the lot to bring a car around for my perusal. He came back with a Genesis G80 with every feature that I wanted and none of the features that I did not want.
