So we bought a car and the salesman bailey was upset because we didn’t buy brand new bought a better used vehicle for the same price. Had trouble getting them to put my Florida tag on my new truck. After it was over the sales manager Robert was rude and told me it was up to me to get my tag issues fixed. Not how you should be treated after you just spent $28,000. Very rude to my wife and everyone involved. Don’t buy a car from these guys. Crooks all the way around. Very unprofessional!!!!!
Best buying experience ever!!! Robert and Carl are by far the best!!! We were given an option of what we could go for and they went out of their way to help us get what we wanted!!! They're not pushy or out for just a sale. They really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend going to Fort Walton Mitsubishi for your next car!!!
I have bought many cars in the past and these guys knew what they where doing. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. In and out in a couple hours and we drove away with everything we wanted plus some. Carl was an outstanding salesman and had answers for every question we had. Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back.
The entire adventure was one I want to forget! The car is great, but Robert (who is a man that is very busy) has no follow up. They made many mistakes with the deal, but once the deal was funded by the financial institution, he was not at all interested in correcting the mistakes. To begin with they added the price of the tag to the deal, and he had a tag to be transferred (he was told to text the registration to Baylee, which he did, although he did not pass that information to the title clerk) So needless to say, once they had the money, I was unimportant. Don't bother Robert, he will tell you just how busy he is...
