*** my car was in the service department for 6 in a half hours !!! (Basic maintenance). Outrageous!!!

The shuttles drivers behavior is unacceptable but he didn’t seem afraid or worried about his attitude or demeanor towards me which tells me management enables his behavior . He acts the way he does because he know he can get away with it .
Lee Nissan seems to be male dominated and I believe if I reported this issue they may tamper with my vehicle while it’s being serviced, also my name address and phone number are on file. I fear retaliation.
Disturbing behavior by the shuttle driver (Rick). He kept asking me if I was married when I IGNORED his question and began talking about tourism and the beach he again asked me in a stern manner if I was married . He somehow thought I owned him details about my personal life. DISGUSTING!!! I grabbed my phone and dialed 911 and waited to press send. I told him I don’t talk about my personal life with anyone. He acted offended .
I had such a great experience at Lee Nissan! Cole was super easy to work with and got me in a great car. Process was super smooth and not stressful at all. The whole team was friendly, they weren't pushy, and got me in and out quicker than expected. Excited to be in my new Rogue!
He dropped me off at my destination and I jumped out.

Brian Howard answered any and all questions that I had whether it was small or big; and if he didn't know the answers right away he made a way to get the answers I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the car and worked with me to get a great price. All in all I had an amazing experience. I would refer anyone to Brian at Lee Nissan any day any time!
I was going to report this incident to the dealership but prior to departing the dealership, I heard two salesman talking about how they were going to manipulate a buyer who was due to arrive . No wonder no one trusts car sales men.
I had an amazing experience buying a used car from Mark Anthony. He was extremely helpful and patient with the multiple members of my family who were part of the process. Not only that but he made the used car buying experience a joy with his enthusiasm, knowledge and upfront sales style. The million mile warranty was the ultimate deal closer for my used car needs but Mark Anthony made me feel like I was buying a brand new car start to finish.
