Wish I could give zero stars. We test drove a used car and liked it but needed to get it inspected. My wife went to get the inspection but AJ the sales snake pressured her into going to his mechanic. He reported no major damage. She trusted him because he claimed he was in the service, and so is my wife.
Long story short, a couple trips from FWB to Pensacola revealed a brutal rattling and loud drive. It turns out it needed 4 new tires, New bearing, and struts. After being assured over and over that nothing was wrong. And of course when I brought it to them to check out, they continue to claim nothing is wrong. Do not go here for your car. They do not treat their customers with any kind of dignity unless you're about to cut a nice check.

Took my 2010 Honda in due to a rough idle. They fixed it under an extended warranty. Very quickly, and updated me on a recall I knew nothing about. Definitely recommend you take your Honda here.
I have purchased vehicles as well I have also used thier service for all my Honda vehicles. Overall I have been very pleased. In some cases they have gone beyond what I expected on service so I pleased and will continue to shop there. They are very professional which can't always be said for car dealerships.
