Bought my vehicle from them about three years ago and went back to trade it in for a new truck. Spent a few hours driving a few trucks and seeing what they had. Fell in love, my mistake, with a truck and told them I’d like to trade my Jeep in. We went inside and they offered me 5K under book value and told me that I’m, “bringing back the Jeep broke. We sold that to you perfectly fine.” When I bought the Jeep, it had multiple issues, missing parts and the check eng light was on along with the “Brake” light. The manager I spoke with was rude and blatantly disrespectful. Needless to say we purchased the same type of truck from another dealership. Would never recommend Preston Hood. Ever.

Brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Took them over 2 hours to complete. Nice people but unless you have hours to wait I highly recommend you avoid this place.
