Really a 0zero rating ....you are in a business to sell chicken but want to limit me on how much I can buy. If I have to give you 24 hour notice to order a 60 piece platter.... I ask what is the largest I can order...you say 20 piece so I order 3 - 20 piece orders and you tell me I can't...do I will not ever order from your establishment for my football team just go somewhere else
Food was okay. Employees seemed unhappy. However, I'm rating this place 1 star because of the Christian music they were playing. Honestly, it ruined our meal. It's a free country you can play whatever you want, but if you want everyone to feel welcome in your establishment that's not how. Very taboo for a business in 2017.
Fort Walton location has the the most complete roster of incompetent employees one could ever come across. Vomit on one visit. Toilet bowl flavored fries on another visit. Never a complete order. 3rd time no syrup in the soda machine and is still given to the customer. Cuts in the sauces. I could honestly complain about everything of this zaxby's but they don't deserve another word or a dollar more from me.
1st time there and it was an amazing experience. They gave us a sample before ordering and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
The french fries weren't hot & fresh at all & the teriyaki sauce for the wings was a little burnt. I went in right before dinner so that shouldn't ever happen. At least the chicken fingers were good & crispy & the toast was good as well. Definitely not the usual Zaxby's experience I'm used to. I agree with another's comment on here, the employees don't seem happy or care to do their best at what they do. Also, agree on the toilet having piss everywhere. As for the Christian music, if you don't like God then you are free to leave. Although, I will say God ❤ Loves you!
