Sandwiches here are always the best. We used the drive-thru to order for 5. The line wrapped around the store and the friendliest staff took our order there in the parking lot. When we got to the window a minute or two later our food was ready! Great Service!
I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A in general. Having said that, this place amazes me. I go for lunch fairly often. Most days the manager is outside directing traffic. He usually has 2 or 3 order-takers outside running the drive through lane. They personally take your order, run your credit card, and they do this very quickly. By the time you make it to the pickup window, your food is ready and they cheerfully hand it to you. This place is always busy, but the manager and his large staff keep things moving along. The food is, of course, delicious.
Usually love this place. The owner is hardworking and friendly. We probably eat here twice a week. However, I've had two bad experiences. I ordered a 12 count. Repeated it twice. Received an 8 count. Had to turn around from my house to come back to get my 12 count, which the manager refused to give me unless I wanted to pay for it. Why should I have to pay for an order that was messed up by your employees then waste my gas coming back to correct my order? Second time, the lemonade I got tasted really old as if the lemons were bad. I asked for a different drink. She goes "well I just took a sip and it taste fine to me." As if I care about how it taste to her. Refused to exchange my drink unless I paid for it.
One of my favorite places to have lunch
This is one of my favorite fast food places. The food is always consistently good, staff are always dressed nicely and very professional, lines are long during the rush but they get it done very quickly. Inside is always very clean and the crowded lobby further illustrates the popularity of this store. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. I just wish they were open on Sunday!
