Food was super good, cooked well, nice size portions and great flavors.
The staff is the worst I've ever seen. We got to restaurant about an hour before closing. The food was terrible, the service was terrible. I've been going to this place since the early 90's. I had not been in five years or so and will NEVER return... This is supposed to be kid friendly fun atmosphere but they DO NOT hold up to their end of the bargain. PLEASE people DO NOT waste you time or money!!!!!!!
Cool experience with the kids taking a picture with a baby alligator.
Awesome place to take your family. Not just your average restaurant. The food came out hot and fast. The waiter was was funny and answered a lot of questions. We lived the fun and beachy vibe. My son got a picture holding an alligator. We will be back again!
My family and I attended the dinner and magic show. We arrived early so we could choose a good table for viewing the show. The dinner was buffet style and included basic salad ingredients, pasta with broccoli and tomato sauce, beef tips & rice, baked chicken in tasty sauce, and roasted pork in light gravy. The mashed potatoes were awesome.
Service was amazing
We had three different burgers, the bacon, mushroom swiss, and the gator all we cooked perfect and among the top burgers I've eaten. Staff was friendly and overall service and atmosphere was great. They were all about $12-$13 but worth every penny
Dinner was high as well as the games were high. But other than that it's a fun time to be had.
I will say this, it is a bit pricey of an experience.
The arcade the kids loved as well.
The wait staff are all very attentive and strive to provide you with great service. We've yet to see the show, but I'm guessing it's going to be a fantastic presentation.
