Horrible experience....Was with Geico after doing a military move and having rates raised in Florida switched to state farm and was dropped after a month, we appealed and it took this office multiple calls and they couldn't give us an answer, I called before our expiration date and they still didn't have an answer...expiration date passed I call to follow up and make sure everything was ok, and they tell us that we've been dropped but cant give us a date as to when our appeal was denied or a letter from State Farm either. I have yet still been unable to speak to Jennifer personally...THEY COMPLETELY DROPPED THE BALL AT OUR EXPENSE
Switched my Auto Insurance over to their office recently, and have really enjoyed the process. They were the first office I've had actually had explain my coverage in detail to me. Glad they explained some things so that I understood the importance of raising my coverage on my autos. Not to mention I was able to bundle my homeowners and Life insurance with them for a better rate. Overall I'd highly recommend their office.
The staff is friendly, they take their time with their customers. The agent Jennifer always wants to help make sure you are covered with any insurance needs you may have.
