Not pleased with them. David Ellis won't reply to my emails regarding the issues we have had with them. The associate we work with is very short and not at all informative when we ask questions- often times we get one sentence back that doesn't address our concern.
We respectfully regret this review and believe that this has been resolved. We continue to have a relationship with this customer today. We work hard to please all of our clients and train our staff in good communications and general politeness. We value each and every customer.
Overall I regret that we went with them and am not confident we would be taken care of if we needed to file a claim.
