When I wanted to cancel my previous insurance because of the high price DJ Striedel found another one 45% cheaper with almost the same coverage. After their inspector wrote a faulty 4 point evaluation the price suddenly increased so much that it was higher than my previous insurance. After informing him about the errors DJ had the company review everything and got the price back to what he had negotiated before.
D.J has always been very very helpful from calling me to remind me about a payment to helping me get everything set up with my beach chair company and given me the best rates for car, business, and home insurance! I would recommend them to anyone asking about any sort of insurance hands down!! I'm very happy with them and there customer service!
I also want to mention that the office staff has always been courteous and beyond helpful if needed.
