I had my hair done at Frankie's recently. I paid over $160.00. I did not get the results that I asked for so I called and spoke with the stylist who told me that she would work with me to make things right. When I called back to schedule an appointment she told me that she would not give me a color correction at NO CHARGE. I then called Frankie directly. She also refused. As a result I am out the cost of my style. I cannot recommend Frankie's due to what I see as poor customer service. I have scheduled a style at another shop.
The Staff was very nice and the stylist Frankie did everything possible to "get the red out". She did! It was a long process and came out a little blonder than I prefer but overall I was pleased! Very expensive!
Jessica is awesome, really listens to what you want. She is very knowledgeable as well and helps you make the best decision for your hair! Everyone there is friendly and the salon is clean and cute!
Frankie's A Salon is a fabulous salon that I really enjoy visiting! The environment of the salon is relaxed and laid-back, but also fun and exciting. The staff was super friendly and customer service oriented. I loved my color!!!
I want to say my experience is good because Frankie (the owner and woman who did my hair) was very nice throughout the process. However I was at the salon for a total of 8 hours just getting ombré!! I wanted my hair to go from dark brown to a light blond but instead my hair was completely blond and orange?!? It was probably 9 at night when I saw my hair finally and cried. I couldn't hold it back because I had school in two days and I was so embarrassed of what she did to my hair. It was very obvious that she does not know how to do ombré. Although she did not make me pay and I used the money to just get my hair fixed the next day at my usual hair salon. The lady there told me she could not give me the original ombré that I wanted because my hair was fried and basically too damaged.
