Bought the Groupon package, communicated with someone from the spa on my personal email regarding my appointment ... planned our entire vacation with my family and my in-laws around the appointment ... only to show up on the date/ time and find that someone had cancelled my appointment without contacting me, would not honor the time, and could not have been more rude when I rescheduled. I had such a bad taste from the first interaction, I had no interest in going back. I cancelled the Groupon and will NEVER be back. Person greeting people at the front desk needs a lesson in customer service - if you treat people like you don't care if they come in or not, they won't!.
I've been getting a Brazilian wax here every 6 weeks religiously for 5 years. Best experience ever. In response to Nicole who stated that she should have to hold her skin...ummm...if Tammy was the Queen of Sheba perhaps she would have 4 arms with hands that can hold your skin tight and wax at the same time. How do you think she's going to get to your coochy? Sorry but if you're experienced at getting brazilian waxes, then you know it's about getting in, and out quickly and efficiently. If you're so avert to getting an actual proper wax, then you should go back to your previous waxer. Tammy has it down to 7 minutes flat. Efficient and beautiful work. Brazilian waxes should not be long and arduous and painful. You have to be just as comfortable as she is efficient. Tammy, you really are the best. I've been getting brazilian waxes since I was 16! Joined the military and got moved so much until I retired. Keep the amazing work going. Apparently, you need to grow another pair of arms hahaha
Husband purchased a groupon spa package. Clean place and the people were nice. They did charge $26 gratuity up front which was a bit tacky and I'd never had someone do that. It was a bit confusing because my husband had specifically wanted me to have a massage but they change the definition of the package from time to time so when I came for the appointment, they decided I was getting a facial instead. I've never had a facial nor wanted one so not the best reviewer on that ... it was about 20 minutes, felt like a few creams were rubbed on/wiped off and that's that. I had a terrible rash and badly wish I had the massage I know my husband had wanted for me as I had a hip issue. I did email her about the rash with any recommendations after in hopes that she could help, but she ignored it and did address the lack of massage. Pedicure and nails were fine. So called "cheese platter" was a plastic cup with some cheddar Kraft pieces and two triscuits. It was fine I suppose but not at all what I expected and the groupon amount may have been a bit high for me to have paid but definitely the amount they suggest it's worth is way higher than value. It was ok. Maybe a place to stop in to get nails done quick but would never expect a spa package or relaxing day there.
The people were friendly and my facial was great. I enjoyed my services and the people. I will for sure be back!

I'm normally not one to give reviews on businesses but i must say something. Very friendly encounter once i arrived. Staff is very nice. I'm not an expert on getting Brazilians but i have been in the business for a long time. Ive never had to hold my own skin tight in order to get it waxed. I could have done that cheaper at home. Your supposed to apply pressure once it's ripped. Not in this case. It was the most painful experience I've ever had. Plus many hairs still left over i got home. I understand they're might have been some left due to the pain and not being able to sit still. I've had some waxers brace themselves in front of your leg so you can't move all over the place. Not here. You have to hold your skin while trying to stay still. I'll give her credit though if you want to be in and out this is the place to go. Everything ripped out in 10min. I will not be back.
