Highly recommend Dr. Joe. He has a very busy practice, and rightly so. He actually cares about people. He is very personable and has good bedside manners. My go to ear doctor.
I guess their hospitality has declined! One person on vacation and another from LA, they both are seen immediately. I tried to make an appointment and I need a referral!! My GP told me I did not need a referral but Diana said "well he is a specialist and now he needs a referral!"
Make no mistake, they got me quickly due to my need, because he obviously has a busy successful practice and for good reason, he is a caring Dr who makes himself available for his patients and enjoys his work. If you need an ENT, look no further, you will find no one better.
I am a Dentist from Baton Rouge, LA. I was in town on vacation with an ear problem. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me to come right over. I never even started filling out the paperwork before I was seated. Dr Siefker came in, took a look, showed me my problem on the screen and started and finished treatment on the spot.
Wow. What a wonderful group of people. I was on vacation and was having ear problems. No other office in the area could see me for weeks. Michelle told me to come over immediately and they worked me in. The even called and checked on me the next day. thanks again!!!!
Dr. Siefker is one of the most caring and thoughtful doctors I've ever been around. He listens to everything I say, even when I go into chatter mode about my job. A bonus when visiting the office is the paintings made by his mother--very nice.
Today, healthcare is so complicated; one might expect to get the run around with insurance matters. This was not my experience! Call, appointment, consultation and competent treatment.
