I have been to so many car repair places it's not even funny. I've been swindled double charged had bad parts put in and had unnecessary work done on every vehicle I've ever own. I'm very grateful that I have finally found the Pep Boys on Miracle Strip Pkwy. I am out of state and had my ball joint collapse 60 miles away from my destination and was going to have Midas work on the car when I noticed they weren't replacing anything to due with my issue on the paperwork. I went here and got the best service in my whole life. The people are great, very friendly and honest. They were even able to go over my previous statements and gave me the real pricing of what I should have paid. These guys will not rip you off, give you the best deal, and will do fix the problem right the first time. Chris Matthew JJ and Jay are the greatest and have my utmost respect, it's a fun experience each time I come here. Only wish every place was like them.
They replaced my battery and I didn't have to wait very long at all. They also did my moms tune up and stuck to their estimate and did a good job
