Mike Holmes and the crew at Holmes Auto Repair are simply the BEST! It is one of the few places I feel comfortable just dropping my cars off and describing the symptoms, without getting detailed estimates; I know Holmes will do only the repairs needed, with superb quality, for the best possible price. And the very few times something is beyond the shop's capability, they'll let you know honestly--and give you a great referral!
I simply needed a fuse replaced as I am not young or nimble enough to be able to do it myself. I asked if they could do it and they sent a man out to do it. When I attempted to pay them for it they said there was no charge. I want to commend them for a very positive experience. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Give them a try. I know it won't be free but I bet that they will do a great job.

It was my first time having my car fixed there and they were able to fix a problem that a couple big named shops couldn't figure out. Excellent customer service, fair priced, and a good warranty. I couldn't ask for anything more.
The customer service here was above and beyond amazing! They gave me a detailed report of what was good and needed work on my truck and even talked to me about what was a priority and what could wait a bit. I'm very impressed with how they do business. They will be my go to mechanic.
