I dropped my vehicle off at around 8 am and received a call at around noon that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Excellent service and no runaround! I got an honest run down of what was wrong and they didn't comb my vehicle for "well you should get this replaced also...." I will definitely be using McLeod's for my future repairs.
This is one of the best mechanics I've ever met. I brought in a truck that I thought had a blown head gasket ($$$$ repair!). I had come directly from the Ford dealership, who told me that I had a blown head gasket on a truck THAT I JUST HAD A NEW ENGINE INSTALLED BY THEM. Ford basically kicked me to the curb saying it was my problem now. I had heard great things about Chad and decided to have him do the repair. I almost hit the ground when I got a call informing me it WAS NOT THE HEAD GASKET, but a problem with the emissions system that mimicked a blown head gasket. This problem was missed by 2 dealerships AND the engine re-manufacturer. At least a half dozen "experts" never even considered it. I am in absolute amazement at the brilliance of Chad and the folks at McCleod's Automotive Repair. The will ALWAYS be my first choice in mechanics and I HIGHLY recommend them for ay issue you might have. The best I've ever seen.
This shop is absolutely the best in town! I messaged them and received an immediate response. Chad & Eddie are professional and helped us repair our wheel bearing at a great price. We dropped our car off in the morning and it was ready by noon! They communicate with you and keep you informed on the status... we were afraid we would be out of a car for a whole day but that was not the case. McLeod's will take care of your vehicle and is extremely honest, something you don't find in many auto repair shops. I wish I would have found them sooner. Thank you Mcleod's!
