Package was late!! Then when I called the 1800 number they say they will call you back in an hour to get in touch with the driver to get a status. And hour and half go by and no call or package. I call again and they tell me they can't get ahold of the driver. So now my packages is late and they can't get ahold of their own employees. Then when I ask to speak to a supervisor I was told they can't give that info out. Why do I pay for express deliver when it's not delivered on time?? Great way to ship anniversary gifts. So they can not be on time.
The slowest and rudest delivery service in FWB. I didn't think it was possible to fall below the USPS customer service level, but UPS in FWB has suceeded. I don't fault the company, any national company is only as good as it's local work force. I can not fathom how any company is not able to deliver a package w/in 11 hrs in FWB?!? Serious issues and not my preferred shipping method, but Amazon has some sort of dope deal with them. Look elsewhere for your shipping needs, DHL runs rings around them.
Worst customer service ever and terrible about delivering packages to the correct address. Called to ask about a package being delivered to the wrong address to be told it could take 8 business days to conduct an investigation and to add further be hung up on due to me being upset about it.... great business guys.... sarcasm
Lady at help desk was friendly and did her best to make sure I was able to get my packages in a timely matter after a missed delivery.
Absolutely useless. I had two packages shipped from Pottery Barn. According to the time stamps on the package tracking, they were both on the same truck. One was delivered. The other was returned Need apt #. Both left the vendor with identical shipping labels. Then I got a post card telling me that the package was at the local UPS CC. The card was supposedly mailed on Jun 12, I received it 16 Jun. Card says will hold till Jun 19. When I arrived at UPS CC, I was informed it was sent back on Jun 15. Then today, Jun 19, I get another card saying my package is waiting to be picked up at UPS CC. Package actually is at vendor. Notices were sent after package returned. CC employees couldn't care less.
