Hands down best Panda Express I've ever been to! 5 Star customer service. Awesome manager who goes out of his way and also helps with the work load in addition to training (real leader). Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very well maintained and clean. Felt like I walked into a 5 Star restaurant which was not expected. Awesome job guys keep it up! Especially just wanted to give kudos to Alliyah and Drew (manager). My family and I had the pleasure of directly interacting with both of you and you guys have definitely set the new standard!!
Used to work here and once again, service was terrible. Cook complaining to the manager in front of customers, myself and another about to order food. Stuff that needed to be called earlier as the usual excuse when he could just turn his head, then the front associate complains in front of the same customers again about the same issue. Someone really needs to get into this guy's head, both of them, that they need to not be doing that in front of customers. Was so uncomfortable I walked out before I spoke my opinion.
Not a good place. I usually like panda express. But they forgot my rice. And the chow mein doesn't taste cooked all the way. The beef in the beef and broccoli is dry. I won't ever go to this one again.
Staff was completely disorganized. Obvious drama between coworkers. Older lady did not know how to work register. Had 5 people backed up waiting to pay, food cold after we got it. This was 6pm on a Thursday.
Great customer service, but the chow mein noodles are not up to par with other Panda Express restaurants.
