This Olive Garden here is a great restaurant to eat at. Our Waitress, Gina was Wonderful and a Great she was Superb she ensured that my Wife had a delightful Birthday Dinner. I am a jokester and she rolled with the punches as I joked around. The food was a joy to eat most delicious. However, a minor draw back for us was their transition from day shift to night shift employees. This shift change needs much work. There seemed to be mass confusion on which tables were cleared to seat guests. Sadly my Wife and I got a tiny work out before being seated. We ended up following our Host from one side of the restaurant to the other and back again before being seated for certain. I didn't mind being sat where we were placed however, I kinda felt bad being sat at a four top when the restaurant was busy. I felt that they could have put us at a two top and utilized our table for a three or four top group. As previously stated the food was great as well as the service. Thus if you go try to get there after shift change or before which I gather was between 1400 (2:00 PM) & 1600 4:00 PM).
Stephenie in Fort Walton- The food was great but the service was horrible! Once seated we did not receive our silverware, menu or be greeted for what felt like a long time. The waitress for the other tables where right away serving them and greeting them..... not ours. When she did finally come over I was asked 3 times if I was ready to order before I could read the menu. It was very rushed as if she was ready to go home I was also asked if I would like to try the wine of the day , I said yes and then was denied (extremely) rudely because I informed her I would have to go to the car to get my ID. She suggested a menu item and I settled without knowing what it was and I opted to drink water. The food was good.... it's a chain... any olive garden is good. If it had been my choice I would have left before the food came out because I was treated so badly and with such an attitude that I remained mad through the entire dinner.
My grandson and me had a great time! our server was wonderful and helped make our time together special! She did an outstanding job taking care of us! Thank you! My grandson told it was the best food ever and I agree! I cake excellent, We both loved it!
Our server, Tara, was the best we've had in a very long time. She was attentive without being overbearing. Cold items were cold and hot food was hot, ad it should be. One of the best dining experiences at this Olive Garden!
If you dine here, ask for Nikki. Her service is top notch. The atmosphere is pleasant. The good is normal Olive Garden food, but sometimes the chicken gnocci soup is too thin/watery if they haven't run out. Overall it's likely one of the best Olive Garden restaurants I've eaten.
