Not a good look when the person making your sandwich is standing behind the counter with gloves on texting on his cell phone and then used those same gloves to make sandwhiches with. Hello.....cell phones carry more germs than a toilet!!! Either change your gloves or put the phone away while working!
Never had an issue with them, always order delivery and my orders are on time super fast. Wondering why they got low review stars this is better than subway
Maybe they should slow down, and actually make the sandwiches correctly. At least half of the orders were made wrong, and some employees are Special Snowflakes with bad attitudes. We complained to corporate, got a free gift card, and then they made the free sandwiches wrong again. We don't plan on returning.
Clean restaurant, nice employees. Obviously fast. Never had a bad experience. I think it's better then Subway and I like that you just order your sandwich you don't have to pick this and that. Makes it fast and easy.
Food is great, delivery sucks. I live less than a mile away but was looking for convenience with the delivery service. Ordered online then waited. And waited. Almost an hour and two phone calls to the store later the food finally arrived, too late for me to eat dinner. I suggest a courtesy call when the store only has one delivery driver. I would've gone to pick it up if I knew it would be almost an hour wait.
