I usually do the web order thing. I couldn't find a coupon this time so I ordered at regular price. My order was ready on time and the staff was friendly and pointed out that there was a special and saved me a few bucks. I thought that was really nice. I been going to this location for a long time and sadly you don't always see the same people working there that's the nature of the food business. So your gonna get some inconsistencies.(Hence the mixed reviews) But tonight the stars aligned in my favor and everything was great especially the pizza.

They messed up our order, I called to let them know, the manager was amazing. He fixed our order fast had it delivered as soon as it came out, that would have been enough to make me happy. He went above and beyond to give great service and show he cared about customer satisfaction and threw in cinnamon bread, thank you!
The pizza is prompt, the people are friendly and efficient, the delivery times are usually quick unless there is some reason that keeps people inside like a TV event.
