Had some velcro sewn onto a uniform, made it through 1 wash and started to come out. I just sewed it on myself and it lasted longer than their work.
Did not dry clean my clothes, I could still smell my perfume, wasn't even touched.
I went in to get my dress pants altered and had some shirts that needed to be dry cleaned. The whole staff was very friendly and made everything very quick and simple. And the pants I got altered are a perfect fit! My new favorite pair. Best dry cleaners in town. You will not be disappointed
Worst experience ever! Granted I did not have the ticket to pick up my daughters JROTC uniform, I tried to explain that I was not sure who had dropped it off as I am a single parent and family had helped me out. I only asked if I could pick up without the ticket. The lady argued calling me a liar saying she gave me a ticket when I have never been there before. She would not stop arguing with me until she got me upset then criticized me for being upset. The entire conversation was maddening when a simple yes or no from her would had sufficed. She was extremely rude and argumentative with me! Got home to find that this dry cleaned uniform was full of wrinkles! I still had to iron it. Absolutely the worst service. Stay clear of this place at all costs, there are plenty of good and professional cleaners in this town.
