This is the absolute best place for packing & shipping services. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy their employee, Lisa Huntsman. She assisted me with setting up a mailbox for my business, shipping luggage multiple times so I didn’t have to deal with it at the airport, as well as shipping important packages. Everything is always packed with such care and my paperwork is always neatly put in order. I’ve used shipping services at several different places throughout the United States and this is by far the very best one I’ve had the pleasure of using. Thanks Qwik Pack & Ship!
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Employee was stuffing a brand new pair of leather boots into a small box. When I asked her to be careful and not scratch the leather, she never acknowledged my request and continued to scrap the side of the boots trying to fit into a small box. When I again, ask if she didn't hear me the first time, she threw the box on the floor, started talking in almost a scream that she was not scratching the boots. I asked her for a larger box please. She threw the box onto the floor and screamed "I refuse to wait on you".... wow... she was "off her chain". The manager came over to finish the shipping process, went to get a bigger box, and said, "Her husband just got out of the hospital"... okay does that give her the right to scream and refuse service to a customer? This place just lost my business for good. There are more PROFESSIONALS out there than to have to put up with an employee of this caliber. AND, she was training a new employee....my goodness, that's failure before you start!
Sent fax for work. It arrived fast and efficiently. They sell packing items stamps boxes bubble wrap packing peanuts greeting cards and more. Love this place. Helpful staff

Completely unprofessional. This worker named LeeAnn and her older co-worker were incredibly rude when I asked for help to make copies, turns out the copy machine didn't even work and was covered in dust. When I came in another time I asked to get digitally fingerprinted and neither knew how to do it, they tell me to call customer service MYSELF and figure out how. I will never set foot in this establishment again. Silly me for trying to support a local business, but I guess UPS will have to get my money instead. So disappointed.
