I had an abscess that required emergency treatment the week of Thanksgiving. I called the office and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Everyone in the office was very friendly to me and my service dog is. No funny looks or rude questions. The tech and Dr Clark listened, which is difficult to find. The immediate need was taken care of and I received a referral for the advanced care I needed. I will definitely be back.
Dr Clark and his staff are super nice. Had to have a cavity fixed. Dr Clark had me fixed with zero pain and super quick... His staff is as amazing as he is...
My family was dismissed from his care with no explanation. I have to assume they just have too many patients. It takes forever to get in to see him, and he's really kinda weird with his constant humming.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Clark for over ten years and he and his staff have always given us the best of care and service.
Worst customer service ever! The ladies who handle the billing are rude and inconsiderate. They allow people who have dental issues to sit without seeing them. Only in lower Alabama aka Florida is the customer service as bad as it is here. I'm from New York and people are 10 times better up there. Dr Clark will treat you like crap and rush through your exam causing more problems later on like he did for my 62 year old mother. Don't go here! NO STARS
