The "sweet" receptionists have no business telling potential patients on the phone that a procedure can be done when in reality they have no training or knowledge whatsoever. Huge waste of time!
My hygenist Sondra is awesome. She listens to my concerns and is always on time for my appointment. The facility is nice and clean with plenty of smiling staff to assist you. The Doctirs are caring and a wealth on knowledge too
The whole staff is amazing!!! I've NEVER been anywhere that's so efficient and accommodating... Dr. Brooks is my doctor and she is wonderful. No pain and explain's everything. I highly recommend "BRIGHT SMILES"
I love this place. I've gone 2 times so far. Once for a cleaning and another time for 2 fillings. I'm due for another cleaning this month and I'm not dreading the thought of going to the dentist. The offices and lobby are clean and fresh, and the staff is friendly and fun. Looking forward to using them for years to come.
