Friendly staff and good location. I have been pleased with all my interactions with them. They are very caring.
Otis is the third pet (dog) I have entrusted to Bayside. They are absolutely wonderful and so caring. Unfortunately, two of my dogs needed significant medical treatment over time. Bayside was just super in ever way!
What a wonderful place! I was so stressed out over everything that day and wasn't the nicest person. :( However, they remained so positive, kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable as well. I feel very blessed to have found them and feel far more relaxed about any future visits to come! Thank you to everyone there, and I am so sorry for my rudeness.
Dr. Townsend and his office took great care of my Labrador Retriever without ever pushing unnecessary procedures. I've never had a long wait out front, and all of the staff was very good at keeping my dog calm and happy during her visits. I initially came to Bayside for a second opinion (about 15 years ago) and Townsend saved my Lab from a misdiagnosed cancer. Dr. Townsend is very professional and I would recommend him and Bayside without hesitation or reservation.
I have been taking my pets to Bayside for years. In addition to their professionalism, the obvious compassion they show to all animals is heartwarming. The most recent furry addition to my family, Betty JuJu, rescued at 2.5 pounds (now @22.5 lbs), has been seen at Bayside several times since the day "She rescued Me" :). She literally gets excited, wagging her tail, and yelping when we arrive in the parking lot. She enters the clinic with no anxiety or fear, which is apparent that she also feels the love and compassion, especially when she showers the technicians with puppy kisses. ❤️ I highly recommend Bayside Animal Hospital for any of your pet needs, from annual check ups to nail trimmings and anything in between.
