I was in this store on a Saturday evening in July. Every single employee I encountered was pleasant and helpful, and the environment was pure chaos. Timothy was stocking items on the end of an aisle as I wandered looking for Velveeta. He asked if he could help me, and when I told him what I needed, he put down his box and walked with me to find it...amazing customer service.
Me and my mom shop here almost daily. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced at a supermarket. There are certain people I want to recognize but can't think of the names off the top of my head, but I'm going to get their names and post them because these people deserve recognition. Thank you for being the best place to shop in ft Walton and having such great employees. I think Donna the cashier is amazing and does a fantastic job (I just remember her name). I know corporate reads this and I hope you give her the recognition she deserves.
They taste nothing like regular grapes.
I found some cotton candy grapes.
The guy I talked to was really nice, but when I asked him about cotton candy grapes, he said they didn't have any and then said they taste the same as regular grapes.
I would give this location 5 stars but a male employee cleaned his ear with his finger then proceeded to check out a women’s groceries. NASTY!!
I'm appalled.
Vegan options
Visit in Fort Walton on vacation. Stopped in to Publix to pick up a few items we needed. We found what we needed quickly and the cashiers were very friendly.
Free parking
I was waiting for my ride and it was cold as heck outside, I found a little bench near the entrance that also had a electrical socket next to it. I was so happy and grateful that I could wait inside where it was warm and also charge my dying cell phone. Thank you Publix.
Friendly employees (though some have unhygienic behavior)
When I purchased a drink the female employee wiped her nose and mouth then handed me my receipt. Glad I had hand sanitizers in my bag. Very unsanitary behavior.
