This sewing shop can definitely make a person feel claustrophobic. They have way too much stuff in a small space and very narrow areas to walk through. It makes things a little difficult to navigate if there are other people shopping as well. The fabric selection is of high quality.

I love this shop. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. The selection of beautiful fabrics and patterns is awesome. It's nice to have them here in Fort Walton. I can get in and out without driving to Baker or Destin.

The Sewing Center is simply remarkable.. I recently opened up an Embroidery business and purchased my first 10-Needle machine from these wonderful people. All the ladies there help me with whatever I may need and are very knowledgeable with the items they sell in the store as well as sewing/embroidery tips and ideas. Bobby Hanson especially is a huge blessing to our company, never have I experienced such perfect customer service. There when you need him and always checking up on me to make sure we're doing well! Thank you guys so much for all the help and support through my journey of starting a business!

The employees always seem distracted and are often talking with each other. This makes them seem a little unapproachable since it feels like you would interrupt their conversation to ask for help. I don't mind employees conversing but it seems like if they greeted you or offered help when you are browsing they would be more approachable and provide better customer service.
