Whitrock did a great job for us when we had a tree fall on our house after the tornado in late June. We had several crews here, to remove the tree, repair the roof and interior. All were polite, helpful and efficient. We are very pleased with Whitrock. All's well Rancho Ramsey!
I hired Whitrock to replace a roof for an older home I’m currently renovating. For starters, the company uses superior materials (i.e. peel and stick underlayment ) compared to their competitors for the same price, and back up their work with a stout 10 year warranty! There were several rotten deck boards that I noticed so I showed up to meet the crew before they got started to make sure they replaced them. When I met the superintendent (Ramone) not only did he already have a list of the same spots I saw, he had indentified several others as well. They completed the job in 1 day and left the property cleaner than when they arrived. Neighbors on either side of the property came over to compliment the finished product and both said “Man, that crew you hired to put the roof on were awesome. They did it right.”
The buyer of our house hired Keith to estimate the condition of our roof and the cost to replace it. When I arrived home yesterday his truck was in the middle of the driveway. I could not even pull in. He handed me a card and said he needed to get on my roof. He did not make an appointment. He did not explain what he would be doing up there. He did not even introduce himself. When I asked why I wasn't notified, his response was, "You don't need to be here." He spent less than 30 minutes doing whatever he did. He also climbed on a neighbor's roof while they were home without even calling. This man doesn't make appointments likely because he deems himself too busy for that, however he does need permission to go on another's private property. Since he owns the company he likely thinks there will be no repercussions. This person may be in business, but I assure you he is no professional.
This company is by far the best company I have ever experienced walking in to. Wonderful customer service. I am BEYOND satisfied! I will highly recommend! :)
They repaired my roof.. All seemed well till 6 months later - leak was back. There is no warrantee on their work.. just the materials.. Nice huh
