Okay, so here is the deal after renting from Rosewood for almost 12 years...If you are a homeowner and need a management company - Rosewood is the ones to pick! If you realize after the fact that you could have got a better deal elsewhere, you will write a bad review because now you have become bitter when in actuality you could have done a better job managing your responsibilities by doing the research first. However, the meat and potatoes of this is that Rosewood actually gives a c%$@ about their homeowners / tenants and will try to find a balance for all parties involved. If your are a tenant and renting, just like with anything in life you have to prove yourself. You are not in the position to call the shots. You are expected to take care of the home as if it was your own. If you are a bad tenant or trying to do things against the rules and slide something past the management company - don't go to Rosewood. If you are a fair and reasonable person, and you are honest with them, they will be good to you through and through. At the end of the day this is a business they have to run and take care (mediate) for all interested parties...I worked in real estate in CA and I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly so please take my advice. 11-12 years of renting with Rosewood and they have always been fair. Tenants, borrowers or homeowners a like should be happy with the service they provide. Seeing these other reviews disgusts me because it sounds like some people just want everything handed to them on a silver platter and not have to work for their respect. Rosewood has been the best management company I have worked with to date. They will send someone out to fix things right away, they will follow up and expect you to do the same, they are timely and respond very promptly. These people care about the job they do!!!!! We purchased a home in 2010 with Pam Clark and we also sold the same home in 2015 with Pam Clark. We then rented for 3 months from Rosewood Property Management side. All 3 experiences have been easy, professional, and knowledgeable. We appreciate everything they have done for us. My wife insist we use them to sell our new home whenever we pcs . Thank you.
1.) Did not inform me upfront that my girlfriend would need to even be on the lease. Where as no place I have ever lived has it even been mentioned. 4 different places in NE
