They don't clean the apartments after the previous tenants vacate
Horrible!! You wait for section 8 only to not be able to find vacancies in your price range. The other cities are more expensive than the housing authority allows so why claim they cover Destin or Niceville if they wont pay what the fair market value is?? I wasted $300 going down there for the intake only to be left exactly where I am now.
It's just trap. The policy is soooo hard more money you make more rent you gonna pay on rent more than the regular rent and if you fold to report your income you will need miracle to fix that they charge me over 4000$ for 6 months
