Finally, Judge asked me that I had a very unique case and I should fight for annulment at a higher court because there was no history of such cases. Mr. Henderson suggested me that I got everything I wanted except a document stating “Annulment” instead of “Divorce”, going further will just be an unreasonable spending of my time and money. But if I do decide to fight further Mr. Henderson said “I will jump right in with you and will fight for annulment”

We did everything by the books. Mr. Henderson asked me to do everything that was true and right thing to do. It was a tedious and long awaiting process but a right process; which actually paid off in our jurisdictions case. Because of Mr. Henderson’s due diligence we won the jurisdiction case; during which I realized how important it was to have a lawyer who was well prepared and well disciplined, because my X’s lawyer was completely opposite of my lawyer (Mr. Henderson of course).

After winning the jurisdiction case it was time for my annulment case, one month after. IMPORTANT; Killed two birds with one stone. Since the beginning Mr. Henderson knew wining an annulment case was tough and diving into the gravity of the situation he realized he will also filed for desolation of marriage in alternative of an annulment. Which means if the Judge don’t grant an annulment we would move on to divorce hearing subsequently an annulment hearing. Saved lot of time and money as well as going through all that stress. Predictions hold true. Judge did not grant me an annulment because of only one reason! It was not Mr. Henderson’s fault. But we won the divorce case.
