I have read a few reviews that do not share my opinion. What I would say to that is look at the reviews of all the people who have come to their defense and ask yourself when have you seen so many people defend a business so vigorously in this day and age. That alone speaks volumes. However… don’t take my word for it. If you are looking to buy or sell precious metals, buy jewelry, get jewelry repaired, or any of the other services Charlie and his amazing staff provide it would be a mistake not to stop by A Diamond and Gold Exchange. I’m betting it will be your last stop.
Very impressed! I appreciated that the employee (Charlie) was very thorough in explaining what it is he looks for, how he came up with the pricing, etc. Most importantly he was honest and didn't take advantage of my situation (going through divorce and really just wanted to get rid of my wedding set) instead, he strongly encouraged me to try and sell it myself as he wouldn't be able to offer me as much as I could get if I went that route. I was able to exchange a few other rings which I felt were priced fairly. I will be going back to A Diamond & Gold Exchange for my future jewelry and exchange needs! Great customer service!

Very nice when i spoke with the owners wife. She was a lovely help. Even thpugh she was unable to help me with my particular need, she was able to point me into the right direction. Which was the Jewelry and Watch express. I was offered something to drink which was nice and refreshing to hear even though i was not parched. It was still the exrta mile that the owners wife didnt have to do but did. I noticed one other thing that impressed me and this was a big one... I noticed that it did not matter what the customer was dressed like or how they presented themselves. I know that due to the temperature, I was not looking my best. No where even close. However, they treated everyone from a business suit to shorts and a shirt with the same friendly customer service. I also noticed that she didnt wear any rings or jewelry. She was an incredible Smart cookie! Wish they could mass produce her!

They treat everyone with the utmost respect and dignity hoping to build a long lasting relationship during your first visit. In the many hours I have spent with Charlie and his staff I have never experienced nor witnessed a customer interaction that wasn’t a positive one. They are, and will continue to be, the people I go to for many years to come.
