I ordered a custom chair because they did not have it in stock. They informed my husband and I it would take two months and they would call us. We spent over 800 dollars and I had my husband call the store after 2 1/2 months with no word. We also had to keep calling the store for updates because they had not received the item. Then after receiving the chair and was dissatisfied they told my husband they would work with us and contact us. Everytime I called them they told me that another sales rep would get in touch with me but never did.After contacting them again after waiting a week they informed us they do not have a return policy on custom items. I will not be buying future furniture from this store and do not recommend them. They are very nice people in person but I feel they really failed on ultimately delivering good customer service.
I bought a custom sofa loveseat and recliner and I was blown away by the quality of the furniture. The sales rep , delivery drivers and owners were absolutely fabulous. I would recommend this furniture company to anyone. Everyone that comes over for Bible study ask me where I got this furniture and I tell him Schlatter furniture.
Purchased a desk, credenza, and a chair in May 17. Mike was extremely helpful and very professional. I feel we got a fair deal and delivery was lightning fast, although the task of getting it up a flight of stairs was pretty big for the two guys they sent. Only reason I didn't go 5 Stars was because I had some trouble with the chair and waiting to settle with the store. UPDATE: They had shipping problems but I received ample apologies for the delay. The chair was replaced/delivered and I am still satisfied with the transaction.
They fail or incorrectly inform you on return policies. I had couches bought as a gift for me and I was told in store there was a 30 day return policy. Then I was told there is no return policy but I could receive store credit. Then after picking out new items to exchange for the couches the next day they said no store credit or return. All of this was within a week of the couches being delivered. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you are absolutely sure you want the furniture. They will return some people's furniture and not others with no exact policy for what can be returned and what cannot. Basically they will tell you a slew of reasons after it is purchased of why it can't be returned but they fail to mention any of those reasons prior to it being delivered.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE SPENDING $850.00 anywhere. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE DO A GOOGLE SEARCH AT LEAST.
