Went somewhere else in Fort Walton, which turned out to be $10 more expensive, but the guy had my phone fixed in less than an hour.
Arrived to only two people working the counter, one on the phone and the other with another customer which was understandable. Until I stood around for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, only for a third employee to come out of the back to assist me with my laptop battery. She then continued to scold me for not bringing my charging cable (it was my first battery replacement) explaining to me that it was important for finding the right battery. Except she found the perfect one without it simply by typing it into her computer. Once she found the battery off the back wall she explained that it would be an expensive purchase in a tone that felt like she was assuming I couldn't afford it (I guess because I'm younger?). Finally by the time I left with my outrageously overpriced battery (they're cheaper online, believe me), there were in total around five employees in the front. Where they were when I first walked in remains a mystery. Overall though I can say I am never going back.
The Technician was very skilled and did an excellent job replacing the screen in my daughters iPhone 6 in March. He even added a screen protector that would shatter instead of the screen....... Unfortunately my daughter managed to break them both this time. I will be taking it back again in the morning for another screen.
Based on recent experiences, this level of customer service is rare in this day and time. Please acknowledge Max for his superior service and for being an ambassador for your company. Because of him, you have a new and loyal customer. Thank you for employing good people like Max! Blessings, Shari
Took my less than 1 year old iphone7 to them for screen replacement. Service was quick. However, I could no longer see my screen with polarized lenses. Next, the screen began acting erratically. Dialing numbers, opening apps, etc. I returned it. A lady behind the counter began manufacturing excuses with increasing loudness. She said that on top of me paying them to fix the phone, I should purchase a screen protector to remedy the polarization issue. She walked away from me yelling and sent the tech out. I gave him my sunglasses and he understood after looking at the screen. Pitch black. Of course I can’t waive a magic wand and create the erratic phone behavior, but nonetheless he said he’d replace again. Left them returned to pixk up. Screen looks exactly the same with sunglasses, pitch black. She rants some more, then some large fellow got involved. He was zero help. Wanted me to allow them to further damage my phone and take their cheap faulty screen off in order to refund. At this point they’ve already damaged the device and it’s only gotten worse. They admittedly breached their own warranty when they told me the screen was a known issue. Still, they fight my chargeback attempts through AMEX. They have completely ruined a $699 phone, and still refuse to refund the order. I’ve just ordered a new phone from Verizon. Guess court is next.
Went in to get my iPhone SE screen fixed. After getting to the counter I asked they fix phone screens (I already knew they did because I called 4 day previously to make sure, as well as make sure that they had the correct screen for my phone), to which was replied yes we do. After that I was told "but I'm not going to". Then went a careful inspection of my phone, after which I was told there was a small dent in the frame of the phone that could prevent a perfect fit of the screen into its proper position. The worker informed me that they have a tool that could fix it, but that they were out of practice and that I should just come back on Monday when I guess someone more proficient at their job would be working. That was pretty convenient, since I already waited most of the previous week to get in on the weekend.
I had already been to the cell phone store in hopes of getting my husband's phone fixed. Turned out it was just a battery issue, but they didn't have one for me. At 7:50pm, where was I going to find a phone battery?! The sales clerk suggested your store. However, it was across town and your store closes at 8pm. I called anyway on the outside chance someone was still there. Max answered the phone and kindly told me he would wait for me to get there. Upon arrival, he even had what I needed waiting on me .
