John is the best. Absolutely without a doubt THE BEST. He found and fixed problems that stumped other contractors. If I could convince you of one thing, it would be TO CALL HIM about your electrical problems. Who knows? It could save you home.

Concur with other reviews...RUDE and horrible engagement with a potential customer! Wow, how does this company get business!? After explaining that I wanted a simple inspection of one electrical outlet plug, he said he could not commit to an estimate. Then as I was explaining I have a full-time tenant and wanted him to contact her directly to work a mutually acceptable date/time, he rudely and abruptly cut me off and said something like "No, I am not going to waste my time running around after a tenant..." It was at that time I realized the credibility of the other negative views here on this company's customer service. I cut him off then and said, well, then I guess I am not interested anymore in your company and will look elsewhere." Does not deserve my business.
