Closed on an unofficial holiday? If your going to close your doors on Good Friday, that should be PROMINENTLY noted on your website. I checked your website before wasting time and gas driving there, and Good Friday was NOT one of your "observed" holidays. So, I was extremely annoyed to arrive there at one in that afternoon to submit a passport application and find your driveway blocked off with cones.
They are crooks... I'm leave it at that...
