Horrible experience. They didn't have enough shirts at start of school, so we ordered one shirt one size up until our shirts came in...my poor son had to wear the same shirt for two weeks, the shipment didn't come in as promised. The quality was so poor on the shirt, that on the second day the surged arm came completely out, not just a little bit, so it's obvious that my son was wearing the same shirt day in and day out since the stitch was completely out, then after I was promised they'd arrive in less than two weeks, they never provided a courtesy notice that they were waiting on the FLEECE JACKET THAT HAD NOT ARRIVED YET...HELLO THIS IS FLORIDA, 98 DEGREES EVERYDAY, AND YOU'RE WAITING ON A FLEECE JACKET BEFORE MY POOR SON COULD GET HIS 12 SHIRTS HE ORDERED SO HE CAN FIT IN WITH THE REST OF THE KIDS. Come on owners - poor substandard service...we own multiple companies and would never get by with such practices...And it bites because they are the only source to buy shirts, so it is a sad monopoly...wish we could of had a good experience. Especially for my child that just moved into the school district...They must of paid the other few that had good experiences! Poor customer service when you have to call in 3 or 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get your shirts. Asked for management or owners to return my phone call, they did't have the courtesy, so it appears the owners are silent owners, and of course employees with little owner involvement don't run a great business.
