I have been to this place multiple times and never had any problems other than not getting a through cleaning but what can you expect going to an automatic wash, unfortunately on this day the machine malfunctioned and caught my surfboard rack. From there the mechanism that pulls you through and the wash roller had a tug of war until my rack snapped at the attaching point. After breaking it pulled up on my tool box, stretching and pulling up the lid on my box. After inspection of my vehicle the shop refused to pay for any damage or even so much as refund my wash that they didn't finish. Because after honking my horn to notify the wash staff of the incident the wash rollers stopped functioning and the water stopped and my truck came out all covered in soap.
Friendly, excellent wash and you can vacuum the car and clean windows...all included.
I am a loyal customer at this car wash however with my experience today I will never return here. Today my friend and I pulled into the car was to none the less wash the car. We went to the car wash for the main purpose of getting the bugs off the front of the car. So we stopped at the "bug remover" which the water was so gross it was black. Both cleaning brushes were in the dirty water so I moved one to the other tub with clean water and began to use that. One man came out and explained in a clam manner that that tub simply had water and no chemicals so it would be best to use the other one. I agreed and started to use the filthy water in the other tub. After I was done I put the brush into the tub I tried to use the first time as I had thought was okay since there was no sign saying specifically where to put the brush, the manager on duty runs outside shaking his head and his hands so I open the door to see what he needed and he says in an aggressive and rude way "that brush doesn't go there, you just contaminated the water" which keep in mind I had already dumped the brush in the first time I tried to use the bug wash and the man that told me it was just water said nothing about contamination. I simply don't reply and close my door. I proceed to the car wash and I pull up. The same man that had just yelled at me was directing me as they usually do and I pull up putting the car in neutral (as usual) and wait for him to spray the car with soap also as usual. However, he literally just walks away. And it's not about the soap because I could care less about that. It's the fact that he was mad about something I had no idea about. There was no sign by the bug remover tubs saying where the brushes go. And even as I was vacuuming my car he continued to stare at me. Completely unprofessional.
