On vacation from Memphis. Blew a tire. Drove to Ft. Walton to Bob's. What a great experience. Fast friendly service. Very reasonable prices. I would recommend Bob's to anyone who needs bicycle service.

At 4:30 today I went to go take a bike ride and I had a flat, oh dang. I had filled the tires up earlier today, so when afternoon came, I could just jump on and ride. A flat. 4:40 in the afternoon I decide to call Bob's and they say, "Sure c'mon in, we'll fix it while you wait!" Which is what they did! Now its 6:44 and I got a great bike ride in. What could have been a bummer, they made just a wee bump in the road! Thank you all the Bob's that work at Bob's Bicycle!
On vacation when my Citizen 2 bike seat came undone. Took it in for a quick $10.00 repair. Staff were pleasant.
